Claiming a voucher

At Fibrehop, we love referrals, so welcome! We have some key information below to explain how our voucher claims work, but if you need any help, please contact us at team@fibrehop.com

Terms & Conditions

1. A referral is validated when you order a new service, including the Referrer's referral code on the order form. If ordering via phone or chat, it is your responsibility  to declare that you were referred. All referrals must be confirmed during the order process to be valid. The referral code is the last four letters of the link that you are using, or the code that has been shared with you. Your code will appear in the voucher field on the ordering process, if it doesn’t, please let us know at team@fibrehop.com.

2. The standard referral reward is £25 bill credit to the Referrer, and £25 bill credit to the Friend.

3. Rewards will be applied to the next bill after your Fibrehop service has been active for 30 days.

4. Referral rewards are variable. Fibrehop reserves the right to withdraw or change the referral promotion at any time, with or without notice.

5. Bill credit rewards can only be used to subsidise bills or monies owed to Fibrehop and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. We'll withhold rewards if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. All decisions made by Fibrehop are final.
